The Fishermen of Moa

Jospeh and Diwayu speak to a fisherman from South Nyanza who now lives in Moa. He says that if the sugarcane plantation lowers water levels he will not be able to catch enough fish to feed his family. Up to a third of the Tana River's discharge will be diverted to cane irrigation. The consequences for fishermen of the Tana Delta could be serious.
